An expectedly grand red carpet, that ensures you will be seen by MILLIONS in that true NYC sort of way, keeps most fashionsitas (the wold's greatest celebs and supermodels) on their toes weeks in advance and probably weeks after. The Costume Institute Gala 2013 aka Met Ball ruled the town last night, bringing traffic to a near halt at New York City's Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Though some attendees found the punk theme a fairly easy one to master--others did not. We chose 5 of the most interesting, racy, and colorful and best put together looks from the 2013 Costume Institute Gala and believe us, this was no easy feat. Timo Weiland Women's showed at 1:00 pm at the Studio (Lincoln Center) during New York Fashion Week Fall 2013. Backstage was afoot with not only the frenzy of makeup, hair and nail teams (and all that come with them) Zoya, L'Oreal Professionale, etc.but the design duo themselves, Timo Weiland and Alan Eckstein were on hand early on, amid a growing slew of reporters.
Backstage we spoke with Model Solomiya, a 16 year old model from the Ukraine represented by Ford Models was one of the lucky few to personally sit in the chair L'Oreal Professionnel Lead Stylist Joseph DiMaggio. Solomiya set wear Look #17 which consists of a black and white cropped top and matching black skirt with front slit and black Stingray Mary Jane shoes.

at "Son Bonet", an airfield on the Island of Mallorca. Top model
Alessandra Ambrosio, who came all the way from Brazil for the shoot, and
the internationally demanded model Johannes Huebl from Germany posed
for the shoot. Diekgerdes skillfully put the slogan "The Luggage With The Grooves" into the spotlight reinforcing both the heritage and modernity of RIMOWA.

Mother Like Daughter, Larry Birkhead, Dannielynn's father is thrilled
and says it is for fun.

child and do what all kids do". Though ALL kids are no where
nearly at the modeling for GUESS
level, we're thinking it a positive thing to see the young Dannielynn as a
