It was a difficult decision… but the results are in! These red-carpet rebels, style-savvy girls about town, and society belles made it to the Top Ten in Vogue's annual Best Dressed list:

Emma Stone, Rooney Mara, Leelee Sobieski, Zoe Saldana, Lauren Santo Domingo, Solange Knowles, Kristen Stewart, Lily Kwong, Kimberly Chandler, and Dree Hemingway.
