After months of planning and prodding, Stacie Karp (Starlet Productions) and Jen Marden (Jen Marden:NY) came up with a winning evening in Once Upon A Time in Manhattan Charity Gala to benefit the Ronald McDonald House. Dari Alexander of Fox 5 news hosted the event, which took place at Marquee on Thursday, November 15, bringing out what we estimate to be 300 people or more--given the packed to the rafters venue. Silent auction items abound, all in hopes of raising money to benefit children with cancer around the world, as well as allowing their families to allow medical treatment by providing a place to stay at little or sometimes no cost. Attendees of the event included: Simon van Kempen, Jared Clark, Robert Fowler, Kim Bates, Karen Biehl and Matt Wayne, Jennifer Jablow, Wendy Diamond, Designer Christine Marchuska, Celebrity Stylist Derrick Warburton, and Diamond Club International's John Magzalcioglu among others.
