Hello!
The recent ENK Mens shows were a perfect pre-cursor to the upcoming Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, set to begin in just a few weeks. In light of the fact that American menswear collections are far fewer in number than the women's shows, ENK was an ideal time to bone up on menswear in a BIG WAY. For a second season all eyes were on Pier 92 with ENK Men's Runway Shows*** closing out another stellar series of designer runway presentations in America.
Amidst the Blue and Collective Tradeshows, Editors of Men's Vogue, GQ, Esquire, DNR, and MR took front row seats at ENK's bi-annual event which featured six runway shows from some of the top emerging menswear designers world wide. "This season's shows prove to be a promising stride in the revitalization of men's Fashion Week said Elyse Kroll, Chairman of ENK International. Menswear designers deserve the opportunity to show their collection at a time relevant to the industry especially in New York." At left are a few samplings of menswear at its best ... 'til next season....
***- showing this season were Charles G. Bailey, Conference of Birds, Nicholas K, Obakki, Buckler and Orthodox.
