The Launch of L'Exquisite Model Events
Hi Everybody,
High Line Thai Restaurant was the setting for the launch of L'Exquisite Model Events, founded by the Panamanian born ex-model Javier Gomez. Even though the weather could have been a scene from the movie The Day After Tomorrow, it didn't stop a fashionable crowd to drop by the High Line for a tasting of hors d'eouvres and Sakatinees. Among the attendees was celebrity photographer Iran Issa-Khan, Miss Panama Gloria Karamanites, artist and photographer Charles Cohen, International Interior Designer Tui Pranich, and former banker turned PR consultant Timo
Weiland.
In the city that never sleeps, there is always room for event planners and innovative new ideas to bring the discerning New York crowd out to play. L'Exquisite Model Events offers professional models to serve the savvy NYC social circle, which in itself is a good reason to attend one of their events. As Javier puts it, "I was attending all these fabulous parties and I figured out I could fill a niche. I give them an edgy product that brings their events to another level: Delicious food served by an all-model staff that gives superior service."
Besides the good–looking waiters, Javier also proved that he can dish up some great food even for the more cultivated New Yorkers. The Raw Black Fin Tuna, Bay Scallop Ceviche, Braised Banana Blossom and Rock Shrimp in Rice Paper was amazing and can be highly recommended. DJ Anthony, known for his DJ skills at various hot spots, got the crowd moving throughout the night. We'll be seeing Javier around! Check out L'Exquisite Model Events at www.lexquisiteevnts.com
Until next time,
Morten D.
